With CDC, you'll experience the convenience of having an in-house designer without much price tag.
How will I communicate with you?
Through our platform communication will take place.
Is there a contract I have to sign?
Certainly not! We don't offer contract-based services. Instead, our services are delivered on a month-to-month basis for a fixed monthly rate.
Are there any hidden fees?
What you see is what you pay. We believe in transparency in all aspects of our services.
How do I communicate with my designer?
You can communicate with our designers via our platform. And for every update, we will keep on updating you through email.
However, if you wish to, you can chat directly with your design team via Slack in real-time.
Are the designers available in my time zone?
Whether you're in Europe, Asia, or the US, we have a dedicated designer on one of our teams available during your working hours.
Currently, our services are accessible for customers on US Eastern Time only.
What if I don’t like the design?
Not every project will be successful on the first try, that’s why we offer unlimited revisions and keep on refining the project until you are satisfied.
In case, after the refinements, you are still not satisfied with the output we can assign you another designer with whom you may align.
What does “Unlimited” really mean?
With every plan of ours, you can submit as many design requests as possible and our designers will work within the business days, and revisions are unlimited too.
Don’t worry about the price for unlimited revisions and requests, the cost for revisions and requests will remain unchanged. You are only limited in terms of speed as we are real humans doing real work.
Do I own the rights to the designs?
We create designs specifically for you, according to your preferences. Once you receive the files, feel free to use them according to your preference. Source files (PSD, AI, INDD, FIG, SKETCH) are always included along with PNG, JPEG, SVG & PDF.
Can I submit multiple design requests at a time?
Yes, our designer will handle tasks one at a time and provide the output daily. If you want to increase productivity or speed up the process, you can easily upgrade to a plan with more daily outputs.
